Putting new heads need advice

I am doing heads on my ls1 and want to know what head gasket to use and push rod.heads are 241 prc cut down to .30 and cam is a ms3 will I have to check valve clearance or I'll be good.thanks

Do you mean milled .030"?
Cut down to .30 means nothing.

I would most definitely check for PTV with that cam and milled heads, and measure for pushrod length.

Unless you have the valves recessed or use a thicker gasket....

Very unlikely this combo will provide acceptable ptv measurements. Even with stock unmilled heads, the MS3'S PTV has only been described as adequate.

whats the best gasket to use?

Reg gm or thicker cometic if necessary
