Default Good power for a cam?

so my 1999 Trans Am A4 stock 3.23 gears, stock ls1 intake, SLP lid, 1 3/4 long tubes and a 218/227 .600/.600 put down 380rwhp on the dyno. Is that good for the mods I have with it being auto? Also will a LS6 intake get me to 400?

Seems to be pretty good for our high lift hot cam. An ls6 intake and better lid/maf would likely get you to 400. Better heads, well over.
You have a dyno graph you could email us?
What was the tq?

I got a chris1313 ram air kit for the SLP lid. Planning on a LS6 intake and a 3000 stall from you guys to hopefully get into the low 11's if that's possible? But no I didn't get a dyno graph they charge 20 dollars just for a piece of paper with numbers. I'll be taking my car back there though to get the intake and stall installed those will be my final mods then I'll get the dyno paper then. I emailed back and forth with mike and sent him an idle video you guys posted on your Facebook page with all my cars info.

Also what heads do you recommend for this cam?

243 heads milled .020 would be awesome.
The 98mm ftp lid will gain also vs the reg slp lid.

If there is a certain e.t you're looking for I would go a bit higher on the stall

I'd go higher on the stall

And with the LS6 you'll be closer to 400 but doubtful you'll be in the low 11's with your plans. Mid 11's maybe, hard to say too much I don't know about your car.

He said low 11's, what does your car E.T. by the way, that would give him a good baseline since you have you're setup in your sig for him to go off of.

I'd say your car would be a low 11 car. Unless there's more going on that what's in your sig

You can find em used all over but we have new ones for $875 shipped. Just swap your springs over and go. They are already machined and ready to go.

You would be correct sir.
11.2 @ 121 mph
60' 1.57

Op: Those are my times with the setup in my sig also having transmission problems on those passes. Imo it could have went 11.0 @ 123 mph.

With that said I would consider my car a bit on the extreme side as far as the norm goes. I spin my motor to 7000 rpms with shift extensions around 6100 rpms. This is on stock rod bolts which not everyone is interested in doing but I'm fine with the consequences lol. Transmission let loose so I will also be going a bit more on the stall, 4400. I would like to see around 63 - 6400 rpm shift extensions. Maybe a 10.9 @ 124 mph next spring.......

I had a Ls6 intake and switched to the msd intake and it pulls so much harder from 6200 - 7000 rpms.

I elaborated a bit more on 00pooterSS advice and explained my setup a bit because this is the general setup direction I see cars going low 11's /high 10's at close to full weight.
