The cam i have is a regrind i purchased off ebay for $120, its a 214/224 .558/.564 116 LSA. I decided to throw in a LM7 5.3 i had laying around. Installed a set of flat top gen 4 pistons and rods with new rod bearings and cam bearings, same cam, cometic .040 head gaskets, Livernois Motorsports CNC's stage 3 243's, and some morel link bars. I really wanted to build a LS2 rod and piston 6.0 but it just isnt in the budget right now. I also got my stock converter restalled.

Still sounds like a potent little combination just down 39 inches

I thought you'd have to move up the Modified class if you put on the 243's?
Why the change if you don't mind me asking?
