Not sure what you read on the internet, but in my experience with my own cars and tuning cars for others I have not experienced any o2 codes related to headers. And thats why i commented that.
Nobody needs to read from the internet...any fbody I've never seen with LT throws o2 codes unless they're turned off...want me to list the codes for your education? But if you do feel the need to bring the internet into it...do a search. It's about the most common issue for code throwing when modding a car.
Why do you have such a problem with the fact that Ive never had the issue?
Because you've never considered the fact it's a 2 way street and other people have had the issue. You assume since you haven't, it doesn't exist or isn't common. Agree to disagree, fine, but your prior posts make it sound like it's some rare occurrence when it's well documented both online and IRL.
Just for you I went back and looked at some tunes Ive done for others. No codes disabled, and they havent called me about SES lights. Hmmmm, weird. I will have to tell them the internet says their vehicle should be throwing codes.

Another post with the same words from you? Yup got it, you haven't seen the issue. I would venture to say thousands of others have seen it, but you havent so it didn't happen right? Is the world flat too? Get over yourself.
I'm curious, seems like a lot of times when doing lt headers that cats are deleted also. Is it possible that since cats retain so much heat that when they are removed it affects the O2 sensors? Asking if no cats has some role in this rather than the headers.
Could be, all the cars I've tuned did not retain cats so it's possible. Haven't looked on hpt or efilive or here to see if it's common for those who retain cats.

Are you actually keeping up? Or are you just arguing bc it makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside. Here, lets review.
This is what I was responding to.

Here's my direct response.

Perhaps, it would make you feel better if I would have said they dont throw codes in ALL cases? I was simply sharing my experience, as I have not known it to be FACT that every car with headers has these codes, in fact Im not sure any (ive seen) have. Im not stating they cant, Im saying (and said) the guy has a **** tune. ITS NOT THE HEADERS.
So you make a bunch of posts implying they can't....and say in your experience they don't...its not possible......but now you admit they can? Could have saved a bunch of hassle if you just manned up at my 1st post to you and clarified that it's possible but you haven't seen it. Goodness sakes....does anyone ever post on here and realize newbs months or years from now will read this stuff and if you're not clear it can be very confusing for them?
