Leaking intake/exhaust valves?
So I did a port job on my 241 heads and I just finished. I Put back all the valves back the way they were originally back in the same positions that I took them out. I put the spark plugs back in as well and filled the combustion chamber with water. After 30 minutes or so I checked the intake and exhaust ports and I see small driblets of water in only 3 of the intake ports of only one cylinder head. Obviously there is a small leak. Is it a big deal to fix or should I be fine?
But for max power, having a shop do a proper 3 angle valve job will ensure a few more horsepower over diy.
Do the problem cylinder last since you'll get better from beginning to end

Do a search for Valve Lap using a Drill. I've always done it this way too and it works great and fast.
Take a look at the valve seat and the valve for a nice shiny new surface where the valves have seated in good.
Then reinstall and check again...
Good luck
