Awesome parts ****, Steve! I cant seem to find it. Is this a LS7 bore and stroke 427, or is it a LS3 style with 4.1" stroke?

Looks to be a four and one eighth bore from the pics

4.125" bore x 4" stroke. I considered a 400" with a 3.75 stroke, but chose the 427 because I thought it might work better in a heavy street car with a 7500 RPM self imposed limit.

I was wondering if your fb pic with the pro charger hat was a hint of things to come! What made you chose the f1a over a f1x? And the build is looking awesome so far!

That decision had two motivators. 1.) I like the fact that the F1a94 is their most efficient unit. 2.) I probably could not be trusted with an F1x This chassis will be going too fast as it is.

Yup the f1x wants to make power. And lots of it! What’s the 94 rated to? 1200rwhp?

They sent a windage tray, but I have not test fitted any of it yet. We will see what the final solution on all of that ends up being.

Aaaaaaannnnnndddddd.........you think hooking a heavy car on a small tire with a boosted FOUR inch arm is possible..
The kind of power you would make NA with that engine would be silly......yeah now double that.............

I have already had 60' times in the 1.2s on nitrous with no progressive and no extra timing pulled, so yeah I think it is possible.

No doubt car/suspension works......and I know waste gate/boost controllers are pretty neat devices; but won't the thousand foot pounds of torque you had before be increased by 40% now..?? And the Crank stroke will add to that leverage at a lower RPM than say a 3.5" or 3.75"..?? problem with low/mid range torque is it tries to shudder the tires before there is enough wheel speed
I know you know all this stuff......guess I just believe in reducing piston speed/ring travel when boosting
Great build-up for sure; I'll be paying attention as I know you'll figure it out....just had to give you some S#!T.....LOL....

I hope to mitigate launch RPM power by merely pulling timing. The choice on the 427 was really not about ultimate power/torque at wot, I thought it would be more responsive and enjoyable out of boost at part throttle on the street. As for all that extra power, I'm not sure it will hit the converter much harder than my old 403" did on an 82 jet. Nitrous has some wicked torque. What I do expect is for the ProCharged mill to make a ton more steam in the upper RPMs running out the back door.

It is a nice feature.

Whatever the boost is, it is. I have a 71 tooth crank pulley and a 40 tooth blower pulley. I plan to run it to about 7500 engine RPM and about 72,000 blower RPM.
