Thread chaser for main cap bolts. Figured I would put this out after doing some serious looking. ARP makes a 10m x 2.00 thread chaser for LS main caps. Google searches never turn this up because apparently nobody advertises these things including Summit and Jegs. Talked to my local machine shop and he turned me onto where he got his because he had the same problem when studding out a race motor for a customer. Apparently they can only be found in ARPs paper catalog. The part number for the chase is 912-0014. And can be found on page 128 of their online catalog. http://arpcatalog.com/128/

If you can get this from McMaster Carr please share the part number. I looked there directly and wasn’t able to find it.

If you don't have a chaser take a stock bolt and slot it with a cutoff wheel and use that. That's what I do for long reach head bolts.
That's essentially all a chaser is anyway, a bolt with grooves cut in it for debris to collect in.
