Ms4 vs ms3
I am looking at a cam now though....
So the MS4 239/242 649/600 111.5 lsa or the MS3 238/242 600/600 110 lsa.
Which of of these cams would get me to my goal or closer to it?
Also. If I am way off track and neither of these cams would. I am open to suggestions.

Mild bolt ons and full weight too. There's plenty that go 11's with better bolt ons and weight reduction.
Big cam and nitrous should put you in the 10's no problem.
That's in lower-ish elevation
You'll be up to a second slower up there, but in my limited knowledge I would like to say it would be closer to .5-.7 seconds off.
Bolt ons and the spray should easily get you to your goal and beyond it.

The Compression Ratio was 18:1, large intake ports, 65mm Eight Stack Intake (yes eight 2.5" butterflies)
I have IGN-1A coil customers, ProMod with NOS, that share engine spec information when they ask me about Spark Plug Gap/Coil Dwell settings.
Typically they ALL state a BIG Exhaust Lobe with NO2 spray AND WIDE Lobe Centers (121-124)
I use Nitrous Supply, Mike Themos, to supply my NOS items.
He states very similar "tech" in camshafts for NOS sprayed engines.
ANOTHER ITEM is a GOOD Squish of (.032") helps heat the combustion chamber air.
Thus my cam spec is one with a Large Exhaust Duration AND a Wide Lobe Center.
Thus my C.R. spec for your altitude is 12:1 +
