What year is your engine? If it's a Gen IV you already have either 243 or 799 heads. If so, maybe get a mild port job.
If the engine is Gen III, just get them ported and larger valves put in. TSP has their Stage 2.5 that does the above for $950, add about $160 for good beehive springs. These heads would flow only slightly less than the ported 243/799's
