2000 camaro z28 Hesitation Problem

2000 camaro z28 Hesitation Problem So I bought a 2000 camaro z28 late summer 2017. Ran fine for 2 months no issues at all. Until the car started to hesitate upon acceleration. I can avoid the hesitation with very little throttle probably like 10% throttle is all I can give it.
The car has a 228 Texas speed cam, Slp intake, catless straight pipe with a cherry bomb muffler on stock manifolds.
Ive replaced both O2 sensors, spark plugs and wires, clean MAF sensor, replaced ect sensor(a few times).
The hesitation has been going on for some time but I finally got a service engine light. Codes p0171 and p0174 Lean in bank 1 & 2.
Not sure what to do any suggestions would help. Thank you.

I've had a similar complaint in the past after a customer replaced their spark plugs and they had cracked several of them putting them in.
Are you getting any misfire codes? Does the check engine light flash while driving?
Check fuel pressure, and also push the bypass button on the fuel pressure tester while the engine is running and see if it dies or keeps running. If you have good pressure but the engine dies when you push the valve then the pump is having a hard time maintaining volume.

Sorry for the delayed response but the first tester I bought was some Chinese pos and didn’t work. So I ordered another on and upon just turning the key to the on position the tester jumped to 1 or 2 psi for less than a second then read nothing. Once started it only read out at 20 psi. It still runs when you push the relief button on the tester. Is it the fuel pump?

Start with the filter, it's the easiest and cheapest thing to do. But probably gonna wind up getting into the pump. And clogged filters kill pumps so if your filter is really clogged the pump may also be bad or on it's way out.
