yes but they could have been trying to sell it as a 6.0 swap to the previous owner and nobody puts 4.8/5.3 heads on a 6.0

I have seen several builds where smaller chamber 5.3 heads have been used on a 6.0 iron block successfully to increase the compression ratio.
