Default WHat d0 yOu tHinK oF tHIs SetUP?

Roll Race and Track Car (Fbody)
e85
t56
LW FW
Diamond stage 2 Clutch
3.90 rear gear
SBE LS1
PRC 2.5 243 Heads

17/8 headers
TSP True Duals
25% UD Pulley

No cam yet. I haven't decided on the specs..

What are your Thoughts?

It needs boost.

JK.....sort of... Anyways, I didn't see any type of ram air. I would consider something for a roll race car.

It's already a car on board with a setup pretty similar to that. No power numbers out the combo but it does run 10.0s @ 136 mph with a wicked squirley launch.

The CHRS 1313 Pro Stock seems like the right choice

If you're building for E85 isn't 11.7 compression on the low side unless adding forced induction later? I read about folks running 11.7 to 12 to 1 on 93 octane pump gas. With E85 NA wouldn't ~14 in compression be acceptable?

at 11.7:1 you can run a hell of a lot more timing on E than on 93. for a "street" Car I wouldn't wanna do 14:1 that's asking for problems.

Im 12.42:1 on pump 93, and I’m running all the timing I need for my setup. The more efficient the chamber, the less timing needed to make max power. Street car only. And a half mile run every now and then.
I’d go 12.5 to 13 if I could find E85 around here. Maybe even 13.5...the stuff is almost alcohol.

I think the problem with 416ci motors is that most guys use stock LS3 heads on the motor and then for the cam it be POORLY speced. Let's be real here MOST cam guys can't/don't understand the cylinder head.

I have a couple buddies running 402-416ci motors and they all are 6 speed all motor cars. All run 10s as well. Some quicker than others. A 11 sec F body with a stroker gets no love here in my camp. Quickest car out the camp run 10.3s at 133 plus with a 402ci.

Hmmm. So no luv for a 11 sec stroker not knowing any details of combo? Usually a guy tells me he runs tens at over 130mph with a bolt on ls6. So the 402-416 cars are not proper?? Just messing with you.

Mavn... I think you know what to do.
