I wish i had a cable in it, would save a lot of money buying a new TB, in 4 yrs now, i never used the cruise control, don't need that ****, I'm a friend of less electronic in my car and more mechanic, cuz I'm a mechanic, lol...

Was at the plastic specialist on work and they told me to didn't use epoxy glue or similar, especially in this area directly before the inlet, it won't stay in its place, cuz it didn't connect to each other, the PA-GF30 material from Fast IM isn't comparable for after work like glueing something on, only machining works well...

I have to deburr the heads in this area, maybe in a 45° style...

That sucks man, if I were you I would at least contact Tony Mamo before opening up the heads and get his opinion and advice on it. He does a lot of port work on heads and intakes and would know the best procedure for repairing that and keeping optimum flow.

I need to be a mechanic where ever you are, I've been a tech for 20 years but it's hard to find people that want to pay for high quality techs. The one's that I have found that offered higher pay had other issues that kept me from going to work for them.

Yes, my next project would be supported by Tony, that's for sure, he is also my godfather of porting, after I see the pics on his site...

I have cnc mill on hand, so whether I deburr every inlet by machine or only the edge by hand, but gives me wonder, there is no one else has the same issue here?!

I'm sure there are plenty of people. You should start a new thread on port matching so that your question gets the most attention. The question is buried in this thread so not many people will see it.
