Default Scored another LM4 - Going NA with this one

I have my turbo LM4 pretty much mapped out with a 76mm On3 and 317 heads with an LQ9 cam.

Another LM4 fell in my lap this weekend (literally) and I've decided to build this into an NA beast. 400HP is my cap. This motor needs some work though as the heads are pretty much yuck to put it lightly. One hole bank has broken exhaust bolts like some moron tried to chisel the manifolds off.

Anyway besides the point, the heads are 862 castings and since I'm shooting for 400HP - AT THE CRANK, how much should I mill?

Next up is a cam. People here frown upon the LS9 cam despite what the Hot Rod article says for an NA car. What about a 224R cam from TSP? I have some LS6 valve springs already. Will this work? Also, how high would it rev assuming I give the rocker arms the same treatment as my turbo motor - which is the 1.7 Elgin roller rockers?

Thanks in advance.

By the way, I've decided to put this NA build in a 944 chassis for a DE and TT car. The turbo motor is going into a 70 Lemans with a GTO front end, that is as soon as find one that is NOT a rust bucket.
