Lifter differences HL124, 12499225 , 17122490
Ive seen the AC Delco HL124 number on ebay WITH 4 GM part number lifter trays for $115, or at least supposedly thats what their part numbers are althought they say it is a "LS7" lifter.
Alot of places like Scoggin Dickey and Rockauto sell that for $29, looks like its listed as a single lifter that crosses to GM-17122490?? Not a set, so that would be incredibly expensive. If it IS a HL124 lifter how are they selling it for what amounts to 80 a complete set???
The HL124 is definitely not the direct cross to LS7 12499225 lifters, but are there any actual differences?

The hl124 is an eaton body or a hilyft body. very poor casting and very poor lifter bore fit. usually noisy also.
We buy the gm delphi lifter in bulk so they are not the triple packaged 12499225 on cost and we can save the customer quite a bit of money. Same exact lifter but bought 400 sets at a time. Ive never had an issue on install, noise, or premature wear etc vs any of the others.
They are $99 from us or $90 with complete rebuild kits for reference.
