Need some help with my first ls build. I’m starting the process of my first 2001 model 5.3 build. Took block to machine shop turns out cyclnder walls had water damage so bored em .30 over. It will have flat top pistons with 799 heads. I was wondering what cam y’all would suggest? Motor will be in a 1974 Buick Electra which weighs around 5000 will be using a stock 4l60e tranny. The car will be a dayily drive / road trip car so would like maintain decent fuel mileage and drive ability thank in advance.
