Can someone tell me the difference in a TR224/224 112 and a TR224/224 114 and would i just need springs for both or something else and will they hook u fine to an engine with just bolt ons and what about the idle / drivability on the two

If you have the automatic, then get the 114 lsa. The lower the lobe separation, the more lurching you have (read: lope) in an automatic. Yes, you do need new springs for sure. The 114 would be great on a bolt on car. It will be drivable, but if you want it OEM drivable, you need to get a good tune. It's another $500. GL to you.
If I were you and was doing this cam swap I would recommend these items.
Harderend/Chrome-moly Pushrods
918 Springs
Titanium Retainers
Are u doing the install or taking it somewhere? If taking it somewhere they will get your gaskets and stuff. If your doing it yourself, you will need gaskets and alot of time to offer.

i have a friend who has done like 6 for other people i was just going to get him to do it i had heard that i would just need springs, i am buying the cam used from a friend so.... i was not sure on what all i needed with this cam and wether or not it was a good cam for an A4 with bolt ons
You don't really need Ti retainers....or hardened pushrods. I ran my TR cam with stock pushrods and stock retainers and it was fine. I'm even running my XE-R cam with stock retainers. 918 springs have such a small retainer, that the Ti ones are barely lighter. Just order some 918 springs and if you have an extra 100 bucks, get the pushrods.
