Bore taper out of round question..

Bore taper out of round question.. I am getting +.0018- +.002 measuring up and down and +.0005 for and aft. One was +.0008.
Top and bottom measure the same for no tapper.
Do these look like ok numbers to put new pistons and rings on? With a dingleball hone. This is and Iron 6.0.

Unfortunately no. 
There's a chance those bores would shape up a bit, but then it might get worse. Having a bore out of round isn't as bad as having taper because then the ring gaps expand and contract a fair amount from top to bottom. As it is, you'll probably be fine.
