WS6store head gaskets are slightly thinner than stock for a slight bump in compression

Richard Holdner just did a video on youtube about this. Was within 1hp of a stock 90. The 102 and adapter don't hurt or help the factory intake, so if you have one already, use it.
I have the sheet metal intake on a 427 with a solid roller cam . If I didnt shift at 7900, I'd go back to a stock style my self and I have a 5200 Stall

Trans: 4l80e two different converters available ...stock and a 2200-2800 Stall.
Weight 3100Lbs GM 72 A-Body
Rear tire Size 27,6 ( 305/40/18)
Purpose: Street, Pro touring, a car i can drive cross country if needed with AC BUT a good Muscle chop/sound!

Cams i am looking @
TSP 228R (112LSA)
Summit Pro LS Stage 3 (Sum 8708)
Summit Pro LS Stage 2 (Sum 8707)

is there is any input from you guys
The Titan 4 is an excellent choice for what you are doing, I recommend the 2800 stall:

The long runner intakes will definitely be superior from a power standpoint in the RPM range that you are running. With that said, the sheet metal intakes do look cool.

862 heads
trick flow springs .625 lift
full port job by Lloyd Elliott here in DFW.
+ 2.00 valves. 0.20 milled to bump up the compression a bit more
Should flow well and give a couple extra ponies on a stock lq4 block.

Good to hear. I’m looking at this cam for a almost daily driver. How is the fuel mileage ( if you have driven it that far) what stall did you end up going with?

How is that a plus? Just means more misfire and unburned gas.

I don’t get any misfires, and a little un burnt gas doesn’t bother me to much.

A lope IS a misfire, due to intake charge dilution by exhaust gas during high overlap.
Heavy cam lope is a random misfire. Look it up.
Unburned gas is from NOT firing, AKA misfire.
