You can check the old injectors with a 9 volt battery to make sure the are delivering fuel. That is how i cleaned my atv injector that was clogged running berryman B12 cleaner through the injector while pulsing it with the 9 volt battery.

Injectors are typically provided a constant 12V and the drivers switch ground so measuring 12V at the injector doesn't help anything. You need to start hunting for a missing ground either from the PCM or from the chassis to block. Can also use a noid light. I would also check the plugs for cracked porcelain.

Seen cracked plugs so many times. Had a guy bring me a misfire once on a LS car, said it's got new plugs so it cant be that. 5 of them were cracked..

I agree, a lot more diagnosing needs to be done here.
Should have power at injector connectors, all of them with engine off key on. Check other wire at each connector for flashing ground with noid light, I even use test lights or volt meters if need be.

Very possible your grounds at the back of the heads loosened up some from jostling the harness around during cam swap. You might be able to reash back there without pulling valve covers, you might not, but those grounds on the back of the heads and wreak havoc. On a F car, they're such a pain, I extended the wires and ground them up front so I can check them easier.
