You use the 006 lift number IVC for dynamic compression valve not the 050 lift. Add 26 degrees to your 46, and you get 72. Use that value. Unless you can find 006 IVC on your cam card.

thank you that looks a little more accurate so would I add 26 degrees to any cam at .50 ?

Most cams have a ramp rate between 49 and 54 degrees. Thats the difference in duration from 006 to 050 lift. Assuming a symmetric lobe, you would add between 25 and 27 degrees to each side of your 050 lift. 26 is just right in the middle and gets you within 0.1 on your dcr calcs

Once you determine your dynamic compression ratio, what are you going to do with that?

unless you mill for increased compression, I would run with a 228/232-111+3. At 11:1 compression, you'll get better response with an earlier IVC. if you're dead set on that cam, get compression up over 11.5 and closer to 11.8
