Default Ls7 springs in 243 heads

My Dad has a stock LS1 that we'll eventually put in his 67 Chevy II. I've got a set of 243 heads to go on it after freshen up by a local guy. This car will be a cruiser with a 4L60e and likely a 3.73 rear gear. My question is are the LS7 springs decent on a stock LS1? Will they be adequate down the road with a real mild bolt in cam? If not now is obviously the time for different springs but we already have the new LS7 springs. Thoughts and advise appreciated. Thanks

LS7 springs on LS1 head

More LS7 Spring on LS1

Seems like LS7 spring is not a good choice overall. It is possible to fit the LS7 spring. Maybe a max of .550 lift from what's mentioned the links above due to install height.

Lots of better spring choices like one of the BTR .660" Lift spring kits.

LS7 springs handle .589/.593 with the stock cam via 1.8 rockers.

Beat me to it, my thought was LS6 springs or PAC beehives for a mild cam down the road.
