Do you want it to drive good, or just make some kind of a "number"?
If it's going in a truck as it sounds like, a "Stage 3" truck cam would be about perfect. There's a few of em out there under different names; they're typically 216/220° duration, you can get em in lifts from .525" or so up to .600". TSP, CamMotion, Vinci, I know all have cams in that range.
Would make 500 at the crank with 243/706 heads and gen 4 intake and still drive really good.
Of course you can go bigger or smaller or whatever brand, like mentioned earlier you will defiantly want a stall, and longtube headers

Depending on your cam, it would typically be 500-525hp at the crank or so for a basic setup. More if you have those heads touched up a little while off.

What level are you planning to reach?
Personally I think the truck intake would be fine, although a TBSS one might give you .0768 more horsepucker and 1.3145927565359 more torx.

Don't over-cam it, and you'll be fine. A 226° cam is probably too much. Although, some of the other cams in the Summit line would probably be just fine. Look for ones in that same 216 - 220° kind of range. Pretty sure they have one.
An engine works best when all the parts work TOGETHER toward the same goal. You're not going to revolutionize a stock LQ9 with a zebra dick cam. If you're gonna leave the heads as-is, you can only gain just so much from a cam, and then after that, the results start to go negative. Been tried, doesn't work. Best thing to do is choose a cam that works WITH the other parts of the motor, not AGAINST them.

Look for a camshaft that closes the intake valve early to build a higher dynamic compression. This will help with low end torque in a heaver vehicle. There are a lot of online camshaft calculators making it easy to calculate dynamic compression and overlap between different grinds.
