243 heads on LM7, headgasket thickness?

243 heads on LM7, headgasket thickness? Hey guys,
Just getting back into LS series stuff and stuff an LM7 into a Sonoma. Putting a set of 243 heads (milled 0.020" down) on an LM7 which will get a 0.600" lift cam. Want to get compression as close to stock as possible, if not a little more. Cometic 0.040" or 0.030" head gaskets with 3.910" bore?
Any help would be awesome! I know i will have to measure pushrod length.
