Using

3.78 bore
3.622 stroke
57 cc heads
0 dome volume (no dome dish or valve reliefs)
-0.005 deck height (0.005 pistons above deck)
.052 head gasket thickness

I come up with 11.1:1
Using 56cc head, and is actually my guess as to where you're at, which G probably did too, I come up with 11.3:1

If you go to a .045 headgasket (ws6store) it would be 11.51:1 with 56 cc
And I like the idea of a .045 gasket

Make sure you measure valve clearance, .035 is quite a bit off the head.
