TSP 228r or BTR stage 2 Trying to decide the best choice for my 02 M6. Was trying to get the TSP grind but having difficulties. Will the BTR provide equal or greater gains than the TSP?

how's it going? Perhaps more info on your set up will coax some opinions on the cams you've selected. What mods have you made? Exhaust, intake, etc. What are your goals for the car, this is vital. IMO, both cams are excellent for the right set up and usage. Hope this helps, there is some good solid advice on here once you give some info.

Hey thanks for the reply. The car has some sort of long tubes on it with a ORY going 3" all the way out to the bumper. SLP lid as well. That's it everything else is as it left the factory.
Just trying to bump the performance a bit for a rare track appearance and highway pulls.

Between those two, BTR stage 2 for sure. A friend of mine had the stage 2 for a while and it made great power, and driveability was really good, however they recently revised all their LS1/LS2 NA cams so I can't say for sure about the new one, but I can't imagine that they would revise them if they weren't improving upon them in some way.

Im currently using the Titan 3 from Cam Motion. YankSS3600 and 3.73 gears in the stock rearend. Havent been to the track yet, hoping for low 12's this summer. Cam pulls clean with improved bottom end, excellent manners and no loss of vacuum at low rpm. It doesn't really have alot of lope but has a slight idle note. Tsp long tubes into a very old loudmouth system, that has to go next LOL! Im very happy with my set up.

Verdad Gallardo If you need a cam that wont have a lope at idle then none of those cams are gonna work. That would have been good to know from the beginning.
