Default break-in, oil change, and type questions

I've got road course car built with a 408. I've got about 35-40 minutes of runtime on the engine under varying loads up to 4k rpm, only about one mile of actual drive time, the rest just engine run time. I used Amsoil 30wt break in oil and that's what's still in the engine. I'm getting ready to get the car fully on the road for shake-down with my first track day planned for May 1st. Most information I'm reading talks about 500 mile break-in with break in or conventional oil, then switch to whatever you're going to use from there. Anyone have issues with switching straight to a racing synthetic after the break-in oil change? Is there any issue switching to a synthetic oil with only 40 minutes of run time on the engine? Planning on running Amsoil Dominator 10w-30 from here on.
