best ls lifters

best ls lifters I'm building a 5.3 engine, I got told to go with the ls7 lifters instead. Are the ls7 lifters the best lifters for the money or are there ones that are better that are not going to be crazy expensive?
I'd guess that Morel or Hylift Johnson are a better lifter but also more expensive.
I guess I had that backwards. Johnson is the better grade lifter vs the Hylift Johnson.

The LS7 ones are the universal replacement for any and all LS type motors. They had been around $100 a set from ws6store and such.
That said, they're not to be had these days; not sure what the supply/demand unbalance actually is.
As wanna says, there are other better ones, but they cast more. Not sure about the Hylift-Johnson, as that's not the same as Johnson, which is among the good ones. Somebody just posted an interesting news article about Hylift in the last few days, might want to search the site for it.
