Default Hi lift asa cam iszues

Just installed the ws6 stores hi lift asa. cam in my 01 ls,1, Rocker arms are loose as hell, Car has stage 1 243 heads and pushrods were sized for the botcam with those heads, is the base circle on the asa cam different then the hot cam?

Why not call WS6 store and find out? They would know better than anyone here, since they market and sell it.....

Normally we see 7.400 be spot on with stock heads and lifters.
Sometimes the lifters can be bled down or collapsed from sitting too long with pressure on them or just being old/high miles.
The base circle is not far off from most stock cams.

We just had a customer install his in a 408 and had no issues with his 7.400 pushrods, on ls3 heads even.

Whatever length you find, let us know we can get you taken care of!

Thank you.
I have a little more to add here.
I first installed the Hotcam around 10-11 years ago. About 4 years later I purchased some PRC stage 1 heads from Texas speed and put them on.
Measured for new pr's and buttoned it all up, no problems.
So I mistakenly thought that the base circle would be the same between my old Hotcam and my new ASA hi lift cam.
But as it turns out, they were way off. I could actually jiggle the rocker's with my finger's after everything was put back together.
Stock rocker arms by the way.
So I am measuring for new pushrods this afternoon after work.
I will get back to you with how it goes.

We have actually had 3 other customers change the gm hot cam for the high lift and use the same pushrods, BUT every engine and setup is different.

Please let us know when you're ready!
