Anyone used it in a sbe Ls1? Searched but not much out there via google. Lol. I was set on the ghost cam but I might go a little bigger instead to the 8707.
Street strip/bracket car, built 4l60, yank ss4000, 3.42 gears.

I would step up to the 231 242 based on 4k stall and street/strip. It will still drive good. I think you'll wish you had. Then focus on 243/799s and a Fast Intake... Good luck with your build.

I've been looking at that same cam - 8707 - and have also considered the 8708 (231/242) that low2001gmc mentioned. My wife's car is setup really similar to yours 3.23, ls6 intake, 1 7/8 LTs, FTI 4k hard hit and is driven on the street and bracket raced.

I installed this cam last summer. 390rwhp and 370 rwtq . Stock ls1 with stock 241 heads. Ls6 intake and 1 3/4 LT’s. Stock 4l60e with yank 3600. Factory 10 bolt with 3.23gears.

Yep 8707, 226/238 .600/.600 113+3. Will be taking it to the track when the weather cools and the da is better this fall. Will post results
