Default ls1 knock/tick

Would anyone be able to give me any ideas of what this is sounds like maybe a valve spring?

Exhaust leak. As it slows in the end you can hear gasses escaping.

In the video I'm not hearing any mechanical sounds. Might be the video.
I'm just hearing sharp, staccato high pressure escaping gas sounds. Again, maybe the video.

Pull the valve covers and see if the pushrods are all moving when running. She’s hurt.

Inspect your belt and pulleys before anything else.

I can hear it when hot gases escape from my butt...

The motor however, I'd suspect a bent connecting rod. It's too fast to be top end. Exhaust ticks tend to be at half speed, like lifter ticks. Although, as CamaroSSTX said, I'd check externally for something rattling against the serpentine belt or a pulley.
