Balancing rotating assembly 6.0 question

I'm doing a pretty basic rebuild on a LQ4/6.0, nothing crazy just standard bore with a BTR Truck Norris cam. Anyway the engine had a spun rod bearing on #5, so obviously the crank got beat up but its fine just had to go .10 under on it. But the #5 rod is obviously cooked as well and definitely needs to be replaced, the #6 rod is questionable so I figured I might as well replace it too. I'm just using the stock pistons and rods, so my question is should I worry about getting the engine rebalanced if I'm just replacing 2 rods with new stock rods?
