Default What heads to get

Hello, i’m new to the forums. I was looking into getting a Stage 4 BTR Brian Tooley Camshaft for my 99 Trans Am. I am curious as to what Heads to look into to get the most power out of. Preferably at a decent price

ill rephrase for the other guy.. How much do you have to spend? ported 243's will go really far, but they're nowhere near as good as a set of cnc+ mamo heads. $1500ish vs over $4k

TFS 215s, Mamo 220s, or if you don't quite want to spend that much, TFS 220s, PRC 225s.

My car made great power with PRC 225s, I never dynoed it but I hurt a lot of feelings with them.

For that big of a cam, anything around the 235 versions. No matter the brand, any set of cnc'd 235s will be so close to one another, you won't even feel the difference.
Richard Holdener proved it. Budget cnc'd to the best Brodix and others had to offer was only a 12hp difference. These were all cathedral ports. He even threw in a set of square ports in the test. But at high rpm, square ports opened the gap.

Do you think sending my heads in to get redone would be sufficient for the stage 4 Cam?

Not just a signature, Sapper is stating the facts. If you love to go racing then you'll have to hate $100 bills.

Is there a reason you want a BTR stage 4 cam? Is this a street car or a drag racer? A smaller cam would be a better choice for the street.

Why do you want that big of a cam? I think you would be much happier with a different cam and some 243 cnc'd
