Aside from being oil fouled, that spark plug image you posted doesn't LOOK right.
Something seems off, and I have a suspicion that it is NOT of Japanese manufacture.
If it was my rig, I'd source some new good quality spark plugs, of the correct HEAT range.

I've just ordered NGK tr55s from rock auto. The previous tr6s were from amazon.

When you get the plugs out, check the resistance with an Ohm meter
.

New plugs are in. TR55s. Not from amazon. Nothing changed at all.
But all plugs look like they are running rich. I'm going back to my tuner and ask him about it.

Compression readings taken. 178 to 179 across the board. Don't think this is an issue.
Taken truck to dyno with my tuner next week. Will post findings.

50 lb injectors installed. Tune loaded. Runs great and no more MISFIRES! Thanks for all the help here.
