Default Transmission for an lq9?

So I have a ls1 t56 out of an 05' gto, could I hook that up to a 6.0 lq9? If so how would I do that?

Add tick speed bleeder to make bleeding the clutch much easier.
Maybe time for a new clutch, pressure plate, flywheel. I like the LS7 stuff. And then a new slave cylinder?
