Default LQ4 motor swap low oil pressure.

So I changed my previous motor(270k) with a junkyard motor(150k) everything checks out sounds good acts good besides the temperature switch and the good old LOW OIL PRESSURE. I had hired someone to do it due to my time management being very bad. Everything was done and was told the lifters had really bad chatter and made noise when warm/hot. On start up(75-90 degrees outside) 20-25PSI and when warm I see around I’d say roughly 7-15 psi maybe. I don’t really see it move when I drive but when I rev it goes to 40 well as I seen. Sending unit looks to be new. Any solutions? I’m gonna add a bottle of Lucas and see if it raises it

Probably worn bearings. No way to know how engine ran or service history if it was a junkyard unit.

Oil pickup tube O-ring may be the culprit, if it wasn't replaced already.
