Did the head and piston change on my 5.3 put flat top pistons on with 799 heads cut .030 off deck so I went from stock 9.5 to 10.5 could I still use regular gas 89 octane. and will this effect the computer?

If it's 89 octane you should still be OK. Have you run it yet? If so, and no knocking, keep cruisin'!

Don't know how you think it will Affect the computer. Stock tune it will run all day might get labor knock in some of the part throttle range, it's a matter of where the timing is.

Wouldn’t hurt to get a datalog and see if you’re getting any knock retardant jumping up. I’ve learned the stock tune file is pretty safe overall but you’ll be losing power if it’s just pulling a ton of timing?
