Default Odd noise while cranking

Can anyone help identify this noise? This is a fresh build, engine runs fine just has this odd noise. Gen 3 crank, gen 4 rods and wiseco dome pistons

So for one, it sounds like you have no compression on a cylinder or two.. But then it also sounds like a lifter squawk like when they get turned sideways on the cam.

What are the other details of the engine.

Also wanted to note I have coolant coming from a header bolt near cylinder 3. Idk if its a blown gasket or cracked head, no water in oil and that happened after first drive, temp got to 230 once(had air in the system)

Sounds like a flex plate issue. Loose ring gear or some such.
