Default Oil Temp Sender in the Oil Pan

Anyone have any idea how to adapt an oil temperature sender for an electrical oil temp gauge to use in

a) the drain plug hole or
b) install in the pan itself?

I am using the spot above the oil filter to mount my oil pressure sender, so am stuck looking for a location for my oil temp sender.

Thanks for the help guys, the only problem i can see using the drain plug hole is that I would lose the magnetic drain plug.

build a "T" off the location of the oil pressure sender, and run them both there.

I added mine to the same place that it is on the y-bodies.... In the part just above the filter. Take it off and drill and tap it for 1/8"NPT. Worked great for me.
