Default Main cap studs or just GM bolts.

Should i just break down and put ARP studs in or will the GM bolts be good enuff. 50 pill on a turbo motor 6.0 30 over.

GM bolts should be fine. thats what i use. but if you want to put ARPs in it, you will need to check your line bore. with the higher clamping load, it could distort it and you will have to get it line bored to correct it.

Thanks man. I should have the motor together in a mouth or so just have to get this stuff sorted out before i can start.

The recommendation is to upgrade them but most just use the stock ones. If your in there and your worried about it and have the extra cash then just go for it.
