Default Are 99 pushrods the same as 00 pushrods?

I'm going to pull my valve coves and check to see what my pushrods look like as i've been noticing a slight miss and tick ever since I went 4th to 1st on the highway about a month ago

My buddy has his pushrods out of his 99 Formula from when he swapped his G5X3 in with TR hardened rods. He also has some newer ones with like 1K miles on them from when he did the same misshift, so i'll use those up first. If I find some bent up stuff, will the ones from his 99 work fine with my 00? I'm assuming they will, but I just want to make sure before I tear the car apart.

They should be the same unless one of the cars has been modified to where the head was milled or basecircle of the cam was different for some reason, if you really want get calipers and mesure them.

I *highly* doubt I'll run into that problem. I guess one never knows though!

Sam and I were heading back to State College after a stop at Bonfatto's - yum and I saw this car coming up pretty fast on me. It got closer and I noticed it was the V series. It was some older guy with his wife and who appeared to be his mother in the back seat. He slowed down next to me, and I slowed down into 4th. I goosed it a little so he could tell I would go. I waited for him to nail it, and I then went for 3rd, but found 1st instead. I got it back into 3rd quick and then went after him. We only went from I'd say 50 to 100, but I had pulled past him. I'm sure a well driven one would put up a better fight, but hey, it was still cool to see a Caddy owner pounding it!

And your stuff should be here any time.
