ASA cam questions

ASA cam questions I am thinking of replacing my X1 cam with an ASA cam. Specs on the X1 are:
230/227 .591/.571 112lsa
Specs on the ASA are
226/236 .525/.525 108lsa
My concern is P2V clearence. I currently have a problem with it and the X1 because my heads are milled .030. Would I be running into the same problem with the ASA cam?
ANY input would be greatly appreciated.

Call me nuts, but I'm thinking of replacing my cam with the ASA when the springs I have on now finish their life cycle (new springs and ASA = never changing springs again). Either that, or I'll just go bigger with the TSP MS3.
Either way, you should not have any problems with PV clearance.

My concern is that the ASA has more duration, which normally means that the valve would be opening sooner and closing later than the X1 cam. Which could lead to even more P2V problems. Bt thats why I am asking here. I called a couple of places asking if they had any experience with the ASA and came up empty handed.
ASA cam I just finished my h/c install. Its a GM ASA cam and heads(milled .055). Had no ptov problems and it idles awsome sounds very aggresive but the car doesnt shake alot, very nice! I havent tuned it yet or dyno'd it but soon.

I installed this cam in my budies 99 Trans Am with .030 milled heads larger valves and 1.8 rockers. Absolutly not PTV issues whatsoever. Even untunned this cam screams and loves RPM.
