I Have A Comp Cam 228 / 230 .588 .591 112 918 Springs Stock Retainers PUSH RODS ARE TSP,7.4 LENGTH. I Started The Car Up An Ran It At 2000 Rpm For 5 To 10 Mins An Shut The Car Off For 10 Mins An Started Her Back Up An There Was A Nocking Noise On Both Sides Of The Heads Can Some One Thell Me What That Is Or How Can I Fix That The Car Only Has 9000 Miles On It. ARE MY PUSH RODS TO LONG OR THE ROCKERS TO LOSE HELP

Need more details. What procedure did you use to tighten the rockers? Did you mess with the oil pump when you installed the cam?

I JUST PUT THEM ON AN TIGHTEN THEM DOWN THE OIL PUMP I JUST CHECK THE BOLTS TO SEE IF THEY WHERE TIGHT THAT'S ALL

I JUST PUT THEM ON AN TIGHTEN THEM DOWN
Did you use a torque wrench. They need to be torqued to 23 ft lbs.

Get a tq wrench and retighten them.

??? Pull the covers and find out. Get the tq wrench and see how tight they are.

i use the tq wrench an it work that was my problem,thanks know my engine light is on what can that be

most likely multiple missfire, a decent size cam will usally do that, once tuned out you will be fine, the computer sees what it tihinks is a misfire at idle and gives you the light
