Default MTI B1 cam?

Specs from site are
221/221 .558/.558 114 LSA

With all other internals stock. Can I just upgrade to Z06 springs? Will this work or should I upgrade other parts. I want to go as cheap as possible.

Better go with new springs and push rods thats what I did with my B1. Isky 295D's and Titanium Manley retainers and hardened push rods. The springs might be a little over kill for a B1 but the valve train takes alot of abuse and I wanted to go with a spring that was really good not one that would barely get by.

I'm running a 222/222 .560 114 cam.

I went with REV 1116 dual springs. I like to do things right the first time, its also cheap insurance in case a spring were to break.

I ran(run) ISKY's as well, better safe than sorry, of course I have had another cam installed since and going to an even bigger one next week. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
