Default Aftermarket Valve Covers needed

Other than Katech, is there anyone that makes a set of raised valve covers? I'd like to add "427 CID" to them also. Thanks.

I'm working on taller valve covers and I'm also working on 1" and 1.5" valve cover spacers for the ls1 right now. I'm hoping to have them ready in two to three weeks after testing of them is complete.

Mobe, thanks man. BTW, do you know what those bronze colored caps are on each valvecover?

Levi, give Scoggin-Dickey a call. They brought out a brand new product at the Spring Break Shootout - tall cast aluminum LS1 valvecovers. They looked very nice, kind of like 426 hemi looking with the 4 bolt holes and smooth. Not sure on the price, but I think I'll be getting those and having them polished for the 69.

Nicky at SDPC has the details on them if you ask for him.

Levi,
I checked with Katech last month- they said they would have a new desgn cover within 30 days...might want to check those out. Thunder racing responded to a post and said they also had some new covers coming out. That was about 3 weeks ago. Hope this helps some. Good Luck.

Levi,
I spoke with SDPC about 6 weeks ago in regards to the VCs referenced by Nine Ball.
They said they were prototypes and wouldn't be available in near future.I needed asap - I'm not sure of their "near future" definition.I bought the new Katechs with Lelo brackets and wires. They're pricey - $ 880.00 for covers, brackets, wires and assoc. hardware. Still don't have them on. Hope this helps some.

Cartek uses a really nice billet valve cover.
Give them a call.
