Default Short vs. Long M11 Head Bolts - Qty ???

Hello,

I pulled the heads on my 2000 FRC (for my head swap this weekend) and the drivers side head had two short M11 bolts and eight long ones. The kit I received from MTI has for short and six long ones....which matches all the instructions etc I've found on the web. To make things a little more confusing the GM manuals don't seem to make reference to short or long ones or where they go? Anyone know what the details are behind this mystery?

TIA,

You will know when you go to install them by the fact that they should all be at the same height. I believe the short ones go in the fron two and rear two holes that is off the top of my head. Good luck!
