Default AFR 205's with .024 mill questions

I think I've decided on the following setup. It's the standard AFR 205 setup:

AFR 205's
AFR's 224/228 .581 custom grind
Stock rockers
CompCam "stock replacement" lifters

My questions are, if I have them milled .024:

1. Which pushrods should I use 7.40 or 7.35?

2. Will there be any PTV clearance issues?

I will probably go with the GM gaskets instead of the Cometics. I appreciate any and all comments.

Thanks,
Tony

The smaller base circle of the cam will make up for the .024 milling, you will be fine on P/V and pushrod length... but it is always a good idea to double check P/V clearance before you start it up. That should be a nice combo... I have a feeling when people get their tax refunds after the first of the year, there will be alot of people with that setup.

Ask PDD how much fun it is to to check P/V accurately. You will loose some quench with the gm gasket how much is dependent upon your deck height.

I think these heads are going to be hard to get soon! People are jumping on the band wagon over at the Corvetteforum.
