Will a cam significantly affect your gas milage, sorry its a little

Yes. Although I've only gone one tank and it had a lot of tuning (sitting idling for long time, and some wot bursts) but it went down about 3 -4 mpg. I've heard the highway mileage shouldn't go down too much but city driving will.

I didn't notice much of a change in gas milage when I did H&C if you stay out of it. Futral F11 on a 112 here and TEA stg 2s.

I did loose gas milage on the change from 3.42 to 3.73 but it was worth it

City driving sucks compared to what it used to be but highway maileage is about the same for me.

BTW, I agree with BadAndy, as far as driving is concerned. Steeper gears aren't truly needed with my cam, in fact, keeping the stock gears in there has made me a better shifter while in traffic.

next week hopfully ill be installing a tsp custom 228r 228/228 .588/.588 114 along with stage 2 patriots that i just ordered. ill let ya know how it is when its all done. i also wanted a streetable daily driver with some extra oooomphhh and to get about 430 horsies at least.

You're gonna love it! Be sure to let us know what you think when you get it installed. I'm pretty sure you'll really like it b/c you're setup for it well with your stall and everything. Who's gonna do the tune?
