Default whats wrong with this setup?

Heres what i have so far

pacesetter LTs
ORY
3 inch catback with a dynomax ultraflow muffler and cutout
TR224 cam w/918 springs
160* thermostat
TB bypass
free ram air
slightly ported throttlebody
3.42 gears
VIG 3600 converter
SLP lid
MSD wires

It was tuned by Mike Norris at Next level performance (formally norris motorsports). Before the cutout it dynoed at 338hp and 343tq heres the dyno sheet. http://www.mustangmods.com/data/2060/dyno.jpg
Well im not really going for max power anymore because i dont really race much anymore. Im looking more for something fun to drive but still hauls ***. The problem that i have is that it really seems to be missing some power in the low rpm range.

I was thinking of either going with a smaller converter like a between a 2800 to 3200 or going with an LS6 cam instead to regain some of the stock power curve. What do you think would help me out the most?

get gears

the ls6 cam and smaller stall are a step backwards.

well im not gonna notice much of a difference going from 3.42s to 3.73s, and since i drive on the interstate a lot 4.10s are not an option.

I realize that a smaller stall or ls6 cam is a step backwards, but im not totally caught up in numbers, i want something that feels better without having to put the pedal all the way to the floor if i want to accelerate. Its like my car has two speeds, slow and fast, no in between.

No i dont have the intake, most of the gains from that are in the upper rpms, and thats not what im lacking.

And it was a dynojet, the numbers are pretty low but the track times made up for it, 12.3 on motor and 11.4 on a 125 shot.

try 3.90 gears. i've ridden in a car w/those in them, auto w/a trex and it was very comfortable. shouldn't KILL your gas mileage either.

also...change that slightly ported tb, to a fully ported tb, w/half-shaft mod. should help you out a good bit w/throttle response, which is often perceived as down-low pull.

i didn't even know they made 3.90 gears for a 10 bolt. Im not really worried about gas mileage that much, i just dont like running such a high rpm as i would with 4.10s

I take it you're wiling to go a little bit slower - which is a situation that doesn't come up often on this board! A Yank SS3600 and Vinci cam (ASP Kicker Two) would probably get you the feel you want.

I know this is sorta off topic but was that locked or unlocked? The #'s seem to be off overall. Not by a bunch maybe 20-30 but if you ran unlocked and still have an ls1 intake then that would probably be about right. I'd say if you need more bottom end then you could always add some cubes
Good luck!
