I think your standard height is 7.4 inches. You might need 7.35 inches.

I have 7.350s in my truck, It is with the stock cam and lifters,It is a LQ9. I had too much preload with the stock pushrods, I went to the shorter rods to help with the preload. How much preload do you have?

Then you have too much preload in the lifter, Is this a stock 6.0?

I have them on my SS, It wasn't enough for me, If I were you I would just do a cam swap. I am changing my cam in a week or so,but I am going to use my rockers since I already have them. I would get a intake and a custom tune.Stay away from a handheld, they are no match for a custom tune.
You need pushrods or shims for the rocker to use those rockers.

I use Nelson Performance, He gives a great tune and is a big help. There are other tuners that can do the same. I just choose Allen.

Allen will program a PCM and send you the new PCM with the updated tune for what you want. Such as your mods, air intake, exhaust, octane, etc. He will tune it to your needs.

The cost is around $500 then after that all of your upgrades are free, If you add more mods he will sent you a updated PCM, you just pay the shipping. Some of the others are cheaper but, you have to pay around $50 for upgrades, He gives you a awesome tune, I am on my second, looking like I am going for my third after the cam swap.

Depends on your plans for the truck, If you are going to swap cams down the road then don't keep the rockers. If that is all you plan on doing then keep them, They will need shorter pushrods, I would not shim the rockers, this may put them into the valve covers.
